Police arrested a member of a notorious pirate gang from Banglabazar in Naler Char under Hatiya upazila on Friday night. The pirate was identified as Khokon, 40, of Ramgati upazila in Lxmipur district. Subhash Chandra Pal, acting officer-in-charge (OC) of Hatiya police station, said Khokon faces 15 cases on murder, rape, looting and robbery charges.
