Today is the 12th death anniversary of advocate Mosharraf Hossain MP, a language movement veteran, an organiser of the War of Liberation and former president of Faridpur district Awami League (AL).
Different programmes were taken on the occasion including recitation from the Holy Quran, doa and milad mahfil at different mosques of the district, said family sources.
A discussion meeting on Mosharraf's life and works will be held at Darbar Hall of Sadarpur upazila in Faridpur in the afternoon.
