Today is the fifth death anniversary of Lutfar Rahman, says a press release.
On the occasion, qurankhwani and doa mahfil will be held at his residence at Wireless Gate in the city after Asr prayers today.
Lutfar Rhaman was a photographer of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
